Periodontal disease is a serious infection under your gum line that can lead to tooth loss if left untreated. One way our Periodontist, Dr. Giac Dang, can treat it is with ARESTIN® (minocycline hydrochloride),  an antibiotic that kills the bacteria that causes the infection.
